Tattva Minds (referred to herein as “the Platform”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a digital platform that enables content sharing, community interaction, research-based insights, quizzes, school rankings, and engagement initiatives related to education and learning.

Tattva Minds is not an educational institution, school, college, university, board, accreditation body, examination authority, or regulatory agency. The Platform does not provide formal education, instruction, tutoring, certification, degrees, diplomas, or qualifications recognised by any statutory or governmental authority.

All services offered through the Platform are for informational, participatory, and developmental purposes only. Any facts and statements made by users are to be independently validated by the user before further reliance or use.

No Endorsement or Professional Advice

Information, content, opinions, rankings, quizzes, and discussions made available on the Platform do not constitute professional, academic, legal, career, or educational advice.

Users are advised to exercise independent judgment and, where required, seek appropriate professional guidance before relying on or acting upon any information available on the Platform.

User-Generated Content

Tattva Samaj functions as a community-driven networking and content-sharing space.

  • All content posted, shared, or expressed by users, including opinions, comments, recommendations, and experiences, are solely those of the individual users.
  • Such content does not represent the views, opinions, or positions of Tattva Mind.
  • Tattva Mind does not verify the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of user-generated content and shall not be responsible or liable for the same.

Tattva Minds reserves the right, but not the obligation, to moderate, restrict, edit, or remove any content that violates platform policies, applicable laws, or community guidelines, without prior notice.

Rankings & Methodology

Tattva Shrinkhala presents school rankings prepared using a proprietary, multi-parameter evaluation methodology developed by Tattva Minds, incorporating the Quantitative Performance Index (QPI), Holistic Development Quotient (HDQ), Pedagogical Effectiveness Score (PES), Physical Learning Environment Standard (PLES), and Community Trust Index (CTI).

  • Rankings are based on internal research frameworks, publicly available information, submitted data (where applicable), community reviews, and analytical assessment.
  • The methodology, parameters, weightages, scoring logic, and evaluation processes are confidential and proprietary.
  • Tattva Minds reserves the absolute right to revise, update, modify, or withdraw rankings or methodology at any time without obligation to disclose detailed evaluation criteria.
  • Community reviews forming part of the ranking methodology are sourced from verified registered users. While Tattva Minds employs a three-layer verification framework, it does not warrant the absolute accuracy of community-submitted inputs.

Rankings are intended to provide comparative reference insights only and shall not be construed as official ratings, certifications, guarantees, endorsements, or representations regarding the quality, performance, or suitability of any institution.

Quizzes, Challenges & Events

Tattva Quest includes quizzes, challenges, leaderboards, and periodic events designed for engagement and learning exploration.

  • All quiz formats, rules, scoring systems, eligibility criteria, selection processes, and reward structures are determined solely by Tattva Minds.
  • Tattva Mind reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or discontinue any quiz, event, leaderboard, or related activity at its discretion.
  • Decisions made by Tattva Minds regarding participation, scores, rankings, results, recognitions, or rewards shall be final and binding.

Participation in Tattva Quest does not constitute formal assessment, examination, or certification of academic competence or achievement.
